The Pie Baker
Charity was 8 years old when she sat down with a box of crayons and paper and began painting this girl. She originally painted this for the 4-H competition. Her Grandma Campbell's and Grandma Hessick's pies and how they tasted inspired her to paint this. Her Grandma Hessick won ribbons for her pies. Her Grandma Campbell never competed in 4-H, but Charity knew her pies could win too.
The 4-H staff loved this painting. but informed us that Charity had to be 9 to compete in 4-H.
