My Life in Words, Art and
I have been working a lot of overtime helping to keep our store safe from this CV-19 virus. After work, I just mainly rest and take our dog for a short walk.
I have been working on my children's story and doing a little spring cleaning.
The necklace I am wearing here is one of the ones that I made. The light is not showing all the detail inside the necklace, but think you can see enough of it.
I hope everyone has a good day and stays well. If you are having a rough day or are not feeling well, I pray you move forward with God's strength and that you feel better soon.
I am in the process of redoing an old book that I illustrated and wrote a long time ago. It was the first book I wrote and illustrated after I regained my art and writing talent after the traumatic brain injury took it away. I hope to have this book completed by the middle of May. Maybe sooner. It will be sold on Amazon in paper back, Kindle and eventually Audio.
The CD that had the original book on it was damaged. I had prayed for God to direct me to a good digital illustrator that could fix my damaged file without taking away from my work. God did just that. He connected me with a person by the name of Daniel Swanepoel. His FB page is Daniel Swanepoel Prints.
The person in the wheelchair works with me at Walmart. He was one of the first ones that witnessed me gaining my art talent. This talent had been gone for several years. I finally took a step of faith and used a part of my lunch break and bought some art supplies and began drawing in front of him. It was hard for me to draw even a circle, but at lest I began my journey back into what was once a passion of mine.
What passions do you have?
Please feel free to let me know what you think of the illustrations as well as to share what your passions are.
